Sales Manager – B2B

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across private, OEM, and public sector construction projects, including developers, consultants, architects, and government authorities.

This is a field-driven role requiring ownership of the full sales cycle and the ability to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals across Pakistan’s construction ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


B2B Sales Across Core Segments:

  • Drive sales across key industry segments including:
  • Developers & Real Estate Projects
  • Consultants & Architects
  • OEMs / Industrial Buyers (bulk procurement, repeat supply)
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and procurement teams
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed projects through structured follow-ups and negotiations


Public Sector & Institutional Sales:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities with government and semi-government bodies such as:
  • Lahore Development Authority
  • Capital Development Authority
  • Defence Housing Authority
  • Military Engineering Services
  • Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority
  • Participate in tenders, prequalification processes, and BOQ-based submissions
  • Build relationships with government stakeholders, consultants, and procurement teams
  • Track upcoming infrastructure and housing projects


Strategic Sales & Brand Positioning:

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies beyond transactional selling
  • Build brand presence within the architecture and construction community
  • Initiate engagement with architecture schools, design institutes, and professional bodies
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
  • Position the company as a preferred material partner in early-stage project discussions


Execution & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal production and technical teams for timely execution
  • Manage client expectations, delivery timelines, and after-sales follow-ups
  • Maintain pipeline visibility across all segments


Market Intelligence:

  • Track pricing trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
  • Identify new housing schemes, infrastructure developments, and industrial demand


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in construction, building materials, OEM, or related industry
  • Experience working across developers, consultants, architects, or public sector clients
  • Strong understanding of tendering, BOQs, and procurement processes
  • Ability to independently manage and close complex deals
