Sales Manager – B2B Telecom

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – B2B Telecom to lead our corporate sales team and drive business growth for DU corporate products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B telecom experience, team leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for corporate telecom solutions.
  • Acquire and manage corporate and SME clients.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Ensure compliance with DU channel partner policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B telecom sales (DU / Etisalat channel partner preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Should handle their OWN VISA

Salary package will be discussed upon successful interview.
