Sales Manager - B2C Telecom

VEGA LEADER, an authorized partner of Virgin Mobile UAE, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager who has their own visa to lead B2C telecom sales operations in Dubai. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, managing a strong sales team, and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive customer acquisition and market penetration through effective sales strategies
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure achievement of KPIs
• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to grow market share
• Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing sales channels
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team
• Monitor team performance and take corrective action when required
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management
• Take full ownership of B2C sales performance and revenue growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience in B2C telecom sales in the UAE (strong advantage)
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results
• Ability to perform under pressure in a competitive environment
• Strong accountability mindset focused on results and execution
