Sales Manager – Balloons & Decorations (Russian and English) - Female

We are a vibrant and dynamic company based in Dubai that brings joy to people's lives through our stunning event decor.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Event Sales and Operational Manager to join our team.

Requirements

- Proficient in Russian language; strong communication skills in English

- Responsible and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Experience with Office tools such as Excel, Word (Bitrix24 and Photoshop is a plus)

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with the event decoration industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the decoration and logistics team for timely, high-quality event execution
  • Supervise and plan daily operations for seamless workflow
  • Drive B2B and B2C sales and build long-term client relationships
  • Develop business growth strategies and assist with marketing activities
  • Resolve urgent client or operational issues with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond to clients inquiries and messages promptly during working days, from 9AM until 9:00 PM
  • Prepare regular reports and support ongoing improvement efforts
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably assigned to support business needs

  • Location: Dubai
  • Working Schedule:

The standard work schedule consists of 5 office-based working days and 1 remote working day, totaling 6 working days per week.

The default schedule is as follows:

– Day off: Tuesday

– Remote work day: Wednesday

Due to the nature of the event business, these days may be adjusted based on company needs or event schedules. Flexibility and advance coordination will be maintained.

  • Working Hours:

General working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, however, timings may be adjusted based on event requirements. If the employee starts earlier (e.g., 8:00 AM), a full 9-hour working day can be completed with an earlier finish, in coordination with management.

  • Compensation Structure:

Base salary: AED 7000

Performance-based bonuses up to AED 1,500-2000/month based on agreed KPIs

Salary review after 3–6 months based on contribution, sales growth, and client retention

Long-term growth plan with potential for salary increase and profit-sharing

as the business expands
