As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base for enterprise SaaS-based products. You will engage with potential customers through various channels, build relationships, and contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented individual who is eager to start a career in sales and technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive (1–3 years of experience) to drive sales of our Bulk SMS & Communication Solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—and ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Present and promote Quick Message bulk SMS solutions to potential clients.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct product demos and client presentations (via Google Meet or in person).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in bulk SMS, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand digital communication services and explain them in simple terms.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage client relationships independently.
  • Self-driven, confident, and passionate about sales and growth.
