Sales Manager (BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND MANDARIN)

We are a fast-growing career coaching firm helping students and young professionals in North America land competitive roles. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who understands both Chinese-speaking audiences and U.S. job market dynamics, and can drive revenue through social media conversion and strategic partnerships.This is not a traditional sales role — you will be responsible for turning content into leads, leads into clients, and partnerships into scalable growth.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Sales & Conversion

  • Manage and optimize lead conversion from platforms such as Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), WeChat, TikTok, Instagram
  • Respond to inbound inquiries (DMs, comments) and convert them into paying clients
  • Design and refine high-conversion sales scripts and consultation flows
  • Work closely with content team to improve lead quality and conversion rate

2. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Own the full sales funnel: lead → consultation → closing → upsell
  • Conduct consultation calls and identify client needs (students, parents, young professionals)
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets

3. Partnership Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with:
  • Student organizations & campus groups
  • Influencers / KOLs in career & education space
  • Agencies, communities, and referral channels
  • Launch co-branded campaigns, webinars, and referral programs

4. Market Strategy & Insights

  • Analyze user behavior and optimize messaging for Chinese-speaking audiences
  • Identify new growth channels and partnership opportunities
  • Provide feedback to improve product positioning and pricing

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
  • Proven ability to close deals and hit revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Xiaohongshu & WeChat ecosystems)
  • Experience selling education, coaching, or high-ticket services is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (both written & verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • You don’t just “reply to leads” — you know how to guide conversations and close
  • You understand Chinese student / parent psychology in career decisions
  • You are both strategic (partnerships) and hands-on (closing deals)
  • You are highly accountable for revenue, not just activity
