Sales Manager – Build and Manage a Sales Team, $115k yr one+ Residuals

We are a 22-year-old private real estate lending firm operating in 40+ markets nationwide. We close deals fast — sometimes in 48 hours — and we need a proven sales leader to help us grow the team that makes it happen.

This is not a desk job. This is not a corporate management role. This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who knows how to find talented salespeople, develop them, and build a book of income that compounds every month.

If you have built a sales team before — in mortgage, insurance, real estate, financial services, or any high-performance sales environment — you already understand what this is.

What You Do

  • Recruit and onboard Regional Sales Representatives into your assigned territory
  • Train, coach, and hold your team accountable to weekly production standards
  • Manage pipeline activity through our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Grow your team month over month and earn more as they produce more

You are not closing deals. You are building the team that does.

How You Get Paid

This is a residual override model. Every deal your team closes puts money in your pocket — permanently, for as long as they are active.

  • $75 per deal closed by any rep on your team
  • $100–$150 placement bonus per rep you bring on (paid after their first closed deal)
  • Monthly volume bonuses from $250 to $1,750 based on team deal volume
  • Quarterly bonuses up to $4,000 stacked on top
  • Tenure bonuses at 6, 12, and 18 months for consistent builders
  • Fast Start bonuses up to $1,850 for building quickly in your first 180 days
  • Second income lane unlocks at 10 producing reps — we supply the leads

A team of 10 active reps closing 3 deals each per month generates over $48,000 per year in override income alone — before bonuses. A team of 20 pushes past $75,000. There is no ceiling.

Who We Are Looking For

You do not need a mortgage license. You do not need a finance degree. You need to have built and managed a team of salespeople and know what it takes to keep them producing.

Strong candidates come from:

  • Mortgage branch management or loan officer team leads
  • Insurance agency management
  • Real estate brokerage or team leadership
  • Financial services sales management
  • Staffing or sales operations leadership
  • MLM or direct sales team leadership with a proven production track record
  • Military veterans with team leadership experience transitioning to civilian sales

You are self-directed, results-driven, and comfortable having hard conversations with underperformers. You understand that your income is a direct reflection of the team you build.
