Sales Manager (Building Construction)

Key Responsibilities:*

• Conducting site scanning and surveys to identify new opportunities.
• Introduce company products and services effectively
• Generating leads through A or A+ grade architects.
• Handle sales-related inquiries and provide necessary support.
• Client and Architect Meetings and closer
• Maintain strong communication with clients and the sales team.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction with services/products.

• Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• B2B sales: 10 years (Preferred)
