Sales Manager – Building Materials (UAE Experience Required)

Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 + Commission + Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the UAE building materials market. The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with an existing network of contractors, consultants, and MEP companies. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our footprint across the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and MEP sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with high-level stakeholders and procurement managers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide technical insights on building materials (insulation, HVAC accessories, etc.) to clients.

Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the UAE Building Materials / Tile adhesive / Construction industry.
• Network: An active database of contractors, developers, and subcontractors in the UAE.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Driver’s License: Valid UAE Manual/Automatic Driving License is mandatory.
• Language: Fluency in English (Russia, Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a significant plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
