Job Title: Sales Manager – Cardiovascular Devices

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and technically sound Sales Manager to lead the market development and sales of coronary stents and interventional cardiology devices in Pakistan.

This role requires a professional who understands the clinical environment of cath labs, can confidently interact with cardiologists, and can build long-term institutional relationships while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualification Requirements (Mandatory)

Applicants must hold one of the following:

• Pharm-D / B-Pharm
• Biomedical Engineering
• MBBS / BDS

(Non-medical degrees will not be considered.)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales
• Experience in cardiology / cath lab / interventional devices strongly preferred

Candidates with exposure to the following will be highly preferred:

• Stents
• Balloons
• Guidewires
• Catheters
• Cath lab equipment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for cardiovascular devices
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists and hospitals
• Conduct product presentations and provide in-procedure support
• Manage tenders, quotations, and pricing discussions
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Coordinate with principals and clinical teams
• Ensure proper product handling, documentation, and reporting standards

Compensation

Competitive salary package + performance incentives + travel allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
