Sales Manager (construction and interior projects)

SD CEILINGS is strengthening its project sales business and is looking for a specialist with experience in construction companies, fit-out teams or interior studios.

>Who are we

SD CEILINGS is a supplier and manufacturer of ceiling and lighting systems in the UAE. We work with residential and commercial facilities. We interact with developers, general contractors, fit-out companies, as well as interior designers and architectural bureaus.

>Tasks:

* Work with new and existing projects in construction and interiors

* Interaction with developers, general contractors, contractors, interior designers and private clients

* Negotiations at the stage of conception, tenders and project implementation

* Preparation of commercial proposals and calculations

* Project support before closing payments

* Site visits and meetings with clients

> Our ideal candidate:

* At least 2 years of work experience in a construction, fit-out or interior company

* Understanding the project cycle and processes at the facility

* Experience working with project managers, site engineers, designers, consultants

* Driver's license

* Confident English, Arabic will be an advantage

* Salary + percentage of transactions

* Income from 8,500 to 40,000 AED per month
