Sales Manager – Cosmetics & Skincare

We are a fast-growing cosmetic and skincare company, committed to bringing high-quality beauty and skincare solutions to our customers. To strengthen our presence in the market, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution operations in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and lead a high-performing sales team in Karachi.
• Build and maintain strong distributor and retail networks.
• Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer needs to develop growth strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure market penetration in the cosmetic and skincare sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in cosmetic and skincare sales.
• Strong distributor handling experience in Karachi.
• Solid understanding of skincare & cosmetic markets, customer behaviors, and trends.
• Background in marketing and sales development within the beauty industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary package (Market-based for Karachi, approx. PKR 150,000 – 250,000/month depending on experience).
• Performance-based incentives.
