Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, B2B sales, and multichannel marketing, with a proven ability to manage product lines and develop effective advertising campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at utilizing analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance across various channels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage advertising sales initiatives across digital platforms such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, budgeting, and research to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of compelling marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in e-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management or related field with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in multichannel marketing strategies including B2B marketing, performance marketing, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, HTML, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
