About the Opportunity Our Cliet a leading people solutions firm is seeking a Sales Manager for their delivery manpower services for 3PL and logistics providers. This is a strategic role for a dynamic professional who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized staffing solutions in the fast-paced logistics industry. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients within the 3PL, logistics, e-commerce, and retail sectors through strategic market research, networking, and outreach.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote core services such as delivery manpower outsourcing, rider staffing, and logistics workforce management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct client meetings, understand operational requirements, and present tailored solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of delivery personnel aligned with client specifications.

  • Prepare proposals and service agreements showcasing value, scalability, and compliance of workforce solutions.

  • Stay updated on logistics industry trends, labor market dynamics, and delivery technology advancements to anticipate client needs.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to support business growth.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales or business development within logistics, staffing, or manpower outsourcing.

  • Strong knowledge of 3PL operations and workforce requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment both independently and collaboratively.
