Mega Marketing Network is looking for a results-driven Upwork Bidder / Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, bidding expertise, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Requirements:

• At least Graduate (prefer from IT background)
• At least five years experience of bidding, sales, client management on Upwork and Freelancer
• Excellent technical knowledge of digital media marketing
• Able to meet monthly sales target
• Good English language reading, writing and speaking skills

Responsibilities:

• Take work from the bidders on Upwork or Freelancer related to website design and development, SEO, social media marketing, meta ads, Google PPC, graphics, video editing, affiliate marketing, etc.
• Hire, train and take work from team of bidders
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements
• Do regular meeting with the clients
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track progress
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Package:

• Market based salary
• Tier based higher commission on sales

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
