United Security Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – ELV Systems to lead and grow our business within the Oil & Gas, Government, Semi-Government, and Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop strategic client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities across multiple sectors (Oil & Gas, Government, Semi-Government, Corporate).
  • Identify key decision-makers and successfully close ELV solution sales.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to prepare and deliver proposals.
  • Ensure customer retention and repeat business through effective relationship management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development within the ELV Systems industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of Security Systems, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, and other ELV solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale and government projects.
  • Abu Dhabi market experience is highly preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
