Job Description

Position Title: Sales Manager – EMEA
Location: Dubai, UAE | EMEA (UAE, Oman, KSA, GCC, Middle East, Africa & Europe)
Employment Type: Hybrid | 5 Days/Week

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – EMEA to lead business development and sales growth across our Telecom System Integration and Digital Infrastructure portfolio. The role will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and expanding Pixcom Energy’s market presence across the EMEA region through structured sales strategies and partner engagement.

What You’ll Do

Bring new business opportunities across EMEA
Lead and support tenders, bidding & negotiations
Engage clients, EPCs, consultants & utilities
Drive aggressive sales targets with a goal to 2× revenue growth
Provide weekly pipeline updates to management

Who We’re Looking For

Strong experience in Sales Telecom System Integration, Oil & Gas solutions, network modernization, and migration projects
Proven track record in GCC / international markets
Target-driven, independent, and client-facing
