About the Role
We are actively seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business across the US market for our Dynamics ERP. This is a role designed for someone who consistently closes large enterprise deals, operates with speed, and thrives in a fast-moving, lean team environment.
If you are not proven, hungry, and capable of owning the complete sales cycle, this will not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new ERP business across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consistently deliver against quota and pipeline targets.
  • Build strong C-suite and VP-level relationships.
  • Collaborate with delivery, presales, and leadership teams to shape winning proposals.
  • Occasionally run your own demos when required (lean team environment).
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements.
