Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding EV charger sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including but not limited to real estate developers, businesses, and individual consumers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Marketing: Design and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Perform regular market research to identify industry trends, opportunities for expansion, and competitor activities.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient installation and high-quality after-sales service.
  • Sales & Marketing Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, track pipeline progress, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and local networking forums to enhance brand presence and build industry connections.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably within the EV, automotive, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EV market in India, sustainable energy solutions, and relevant trends.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Ability to independently drive results and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel locally across Kerala for client meetings and field activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
