Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales plans for base oils (Group I/II/III) to meet revenue, margin, and volume targets.
- Identify market segments, new application areas, and new customers (lubricant manufacturers, re-refineries, industrial users).
- Monitor global and local base oil supply, price trends (crude feedstock, refining margins), regulations, competition.
- Customer Management
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new clients.
- Understand customer needs (viscosity, purity, certification etc.), provide technical support (viscosity, viscosity index, sulfur content, pour point, etc.).
- Negotiations & Contracts
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and freight/costs.
- Work with legal/contract teams to frame agreements.
- Product & Quality Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the differences among Group I, II, III base oils: their refining origin, physical/chemical properties (viscosity, volatility, oxidative stability, etc.), applications (lubricants, hydraulic fluids, greases), performance trade-offs.
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with supply, logistics, and operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle inventory issues, shipping, import/export regulations, customs etc.
- Pricing, Margins & Profitability
- Monitor cost inputs (feedstock, refining, transportation) and manage margins.
- Implement price adjustments as per market conditions.
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Forecast demand / sales volumes, plan inventory.
- Regular sales reporting (monthly/quarterly), market share, competitor activity, pipeline.
- Compliance & Sustainability
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Keep aware of regulations (e.g. import/export controls, local content rules, environmental norms).
- Possibly contribute to sustainability initiatives

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
