Sales Manager (Female)

We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Saleswoman to join our showroom team in Doha.

Position Details

Working Hours: 5 hours per day (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Days: 6 days a week (Saturday to Thursday)

Salary: QAR 3,000/month with 5% commission for each sale

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations.

- Explain product features, printing options, and customization details clearly.

- Maintain excellent in-store presentation and ensure products are neatly displayed.

- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries.

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Support showroom management with daily sales reports and inventory updates.

- Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude aligned with Gifto Graphics’ brand image.

Requirements

- Women candidates only (as per shop requirements).

- Must be based in Doha and have valid QID with NOC.

- Previous sales or retail experience (preferably in gifts, printing, or fashion).

- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Friendly, confident, and presentable appearance.

- Ability to multitask and handle customers efficiently during peak hours.

- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

- Must be punctual, organized, and sales-driven.
