Sales Manager (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable Sales Manager to promote our medical and aesthetic services, attract new patients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote medical center services (especially aesthetic / dermatology / dental/ plastic surgery/ general surgery)
• Communicate with potential and existing patients (in person, phone, WhatsApp, social media)
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with doctors and reception team regarding bookings
• Follow up with patients for treatments and packages
• Assist in marketing campaigns and offers
• Maintain proper records of leads and sales activities

Requirements:

• Female is must
• Previous experience in sales (preferably in medical, aesthetic, or clinic environment)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong advantage)
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Basic computer skills
