Sales Manager (Fiber Sales)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales of fiber. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the carpet industry, a proven track record of sales growth, and the ability to develop and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of fiber within the carpet manufacturing sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Manage existing customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and marketing
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fiber or carpet industry

· Strong understanding of 6 Denier fiber applications and specifications

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a strategic mindset

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
