Job Overview
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our field sales officers and grow our business across key regions. The role combines team management with business development, requiring someone who can execute in the field, deliver results, and build long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise field sales officers, ensuring they meet targets and follow plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Prepare and review weekly/monthly sales reports and track KPIs.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate field staff for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience, with at least 2 years managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of field sales operations (Agri, FMCG, or related).
- Proven ability to manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
