At seca – Precision for health, the global market leader in medical measuring systems and scales, we are looking for an engaged and motivated Regional Sales Manager Medical Fitness


As a sales manager at seca Medical Fitness you are part of the seca Middle East Team. You will spread the message in your sales territory that fitness and medicine complement each other and that the seca TRU line is the perfect solution for any health and wellness facility to offer their members medical grade body composition parameters measured with the seca TRU. What sets us apart from the competition is that, as a MedTech company, we have long standing medical expertise that, with the help of the seca TRU , is made available to gyms and Fitness facilities to ultimately help exercisers train more effectively and live healthier lives. Your responsibilities:

  • Consultancy, demonstration and sales of our high-end medical measuring body composition line-up
  • Extensively educate potential clients and distribution partners about the seca TRU, it’s technology, benefits and unique features
  • Work closely together with our distribution partners and plan, direct and monitor the joint activities to achieve established sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key accounts and relevant Key-Opinion-Leaders to support sales, market development and service efforts
  • Act as the main technical, application and sales point of contact for clients and partners
  • Driving and handling online enquiries
  • Build and maintain a network of buyers, KOL and industry players in the region
  • Successful acquisition of new customers in the fitness, and wellness sector
  • Develop new distribution channels and programs to meet the organization's sales plans and increase market share
  • Take part in trade shows, open days, conferences and organize roadshows and demonstrations


Your qualifications:

  • You are brimming with motivation and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fitness equipment sales
  • Solid industry knowledge in the fitness, health and wellness is highly preferred
  • Having a network of KOL's and industry figures is highly preferred
  • Extraordinary ability to “click” with people from the industry and being able to properly address any concern or question professionally
  • High ability to build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through direct and indirect leads
  • Enthusiasm for high-end technology and the ability to break it down in layman's terms
  • Willing to travel up to 70% of your time in the sales territory
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Arabic is highly preferred
  • Understanding of business administration and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Highly self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented work mentality
