Sales Manager - Fitout and Interiors

Fairplatz Design LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with proven interior and fit-out industry experience to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, key account management, and driving revenue growth for interior and fit-out projects across commercial, retail, and exhibition sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for interior and fit-out projects
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market
• Manage key clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure long-term partnerships
• Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project award
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal development
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline and forecast reports

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in interior fit-out industry ONLY
• Strong network with consultants, developers, and corporate clients in the UAE
• Proven track record of closing high-value interior and fit-out projects
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales team
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
