Sales Manager - FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations primarily focusing on FMCG products
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities
• Report sales progress to senior management

Requirements:

• Experienced in FMCG sales management
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹239,851.98 - ₹1,166,144.06 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
