Job Title: Sales Manager – Aluminum Products

With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and support supply chain efficiency through a strong background in distribution and storekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals for aluminum product sales.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, clients, and distribution channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to align sales with inventory and delivery timelines.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing, promotion, and product positioning.
- Oversee and coordinate distribution logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Leverage experience in storekeeping to manage product flow and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Train, manage, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and maintain professional service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the aluminum or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of distribution logistics and storekeeping operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- With Driving License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical knowledge of aluminum materials and their applications.
- Prior experience managing warehousing or storekeeping teams.
- Familiarity with international shipping and logistics processes.
Package: Salary + Car + Commision
