Sales Manager (For App Dev. and Digital Marketing Services)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Female Sales Manager experienced in handling U.S. clients within the App Development and Digital Marketing sectors. The ideal candidate should be articulate, well-presented, and comfortable communicating on video calls, with the ability to build rapport and attract clients through strong on-camera presence and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and close sales opportunities for app development and digital marketing services targeting U.S. clients.
• Conduct video-based meetings and presentations with professionalism and confidence.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement and trust.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to U.S. business needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all leads, proposals, and conversions.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development for U.S. markets (preferably in Digital Marketing or App Development).
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear and engaging tone.
• Strong on-camera presence — confident in client-facing video meetings and presentations.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to maintain professional visual communication standards.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (night shift in Pakistan).
• Familiar with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online proposal systems.
• Result-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated attitude.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
