Sales Manager for Medical Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of all new and existing patient communication. This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can manage daily calls, handle high volumes of messages, and maintain smooth booking flow across all channels. The ideal candidate must be hardworking, organised, a strong team player, and committed to driving patient conversions and satisfaction across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all daily communication across WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Manage and respond promptly to all incoming leads and patient messages.
• Book new appointments and manage existing patient bookings, including rescheduling when required.
• Convert enquiries into consultations and treatments through professional, informative, and persuasive communication.
• Maintain an organised CRM/log of all leads, follow-ups, and booking updates.
• Track and report on lead sources, conversion rates, and performance KPIs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align with campaigns and maximise ROI.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to optimise appointment flow across both clinics.
• Assist in developing scripts, templates, and communication strategies that reflect the clinic’s premium brand image.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, client coordination, or customer-facing roles (aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing high-volume communication.
• Polished, professional demeanour that represents a luxury medical brand.
• Experience using CRMs, booking systems, and follow-up tools.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional service standards.
