Role Overview
You will establish and lead a new real estate brokerage from the ground up. This includes setting up the operation, hiring and managing a sales team, registering the company with developers, overseeing digital marketing leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Build the brokerage division from scratch (SOPs, CRM, sales process, reporting).
· Recruit, train, and lead a team of brokers (off‑plan + secondary).
· Register the brokerage with all major developers (EMAAR, DAMAC, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.).
· Maintain relationships with developers and secure priority inventory access.
· Drive monthly sales transaction targets across off‑plan and secondary markets.
· Monitor digital marketing campaigns (paid by company) and ensure leads are converted.
· Provide weekly reports and performance tracking to management.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5–10 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market.
· Strong track record in off‑plan and secondary (residential + commercial).
· Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken).
· UAE driving license mandatory (car allowance provided).
· Experience setting up operations from scratch and managing sales teams.
· Ability to meet monthly revenue targets in a performance-driven environment.
· Male or female candidates — preference for female.
Arabic Speaking is mandatory !!
