This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and exploring business development opportunities. The role includes identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, customer engagement, and proposal preparation
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or freight forwarding environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts successfully
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and customs clearing processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
