Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager – FTL & PTL (Sales)

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai & Bangalore

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Professional (Manager/Assistant Manager) to drive business growth in our FTL & PTL verticals.

The role involves acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for FTL and PTL services.

Promote logistics solutions to manufacturers, distributors, and large-scale businesses across industries.

Conduct market research to identify potential sectors and emerging opportunities.

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.

Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 3–8 years in Sales within the Logistics/Transportation sector (FTL/PTL experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of Indian logistics operations and routes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Target-driven mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.

Willingness to travel across India for client meetings and business development.
