Sales Manager – Furniture Showrooms (October & Mokattam)

Lugar Nefertiti is a luxury furniture brand inspired by 7,000 years of Egyptian artistry, crafting bespoke pieces for clients across the region.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales teams in 6th of October City and Mokattam , drive revenue growth, and personally manage key high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets for both showrooms.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the showroom sales teams to achieve exceptional performance and client experience.
• Personally handle VIP clients, designers, developers, and corporate accounts , from first contact to closing the deal and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value projects (villas, compounds, hotels, offices, etc.).
• Monitor showroom performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size, and report regularly to management.
• Ensure the brand’s luxury service standards are consistently applied in both locations.
• Coordinate with operations and design teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Represent Lugar Nefertiti at events, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in luxury furniture, interiors, real estate, or a similar high-value segment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, especially with HNW clients and corporate accounts .
• Excellent communication in Arabic and very good English (spoken and written).
• Based in Cairo and able to work across both showrooms (October & Mokattam).
• Passion for design, interiors, and delivering a truly premium client experience.
