We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (General Insurance) to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and expand our customer portfolio for Motor, Travel, and Health Insurance products. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, sales strategy, and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and optimize conversion strategies.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and customer service teams to maximize lead generation and sales closures.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve productivity and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in General Insurance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
