Sales Manager-Gift & Marketing

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for selling new clients in the Gift industry as well as developing and implementing marketing plans to drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the sales, marketing, budgeting, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

· Sell new customers

· Identify target customers then develop strategies to reach and engage

· Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing

· Create content for various marketing channels

· Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

· Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales performance

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or a related field, however extensive sales/marketing management experience in the consumer products field may substitute

· Proven experience in sales and marketing management roles

· Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

· Proficient in SEO best practices and digital marketing tools

· Experience with social media marketing platforms and campaigns

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends

· Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
