Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizations

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → solutioning → negotiation → closing)

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions

Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
-
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
-
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
The Successful Applicant
-
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services

Proven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)

Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models

Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)

Arabic language is a must
