Sales Manager – Heavy Equipment Rental

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in heavy equipment rental (cranes, excavators, loaders, forklifts, transport).

This is not a desk sales job. This role requires field sales, client handling, deal closure, and revenue responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate rental business for heavy equipment
• Handle corporate & contractor clients
• Site visits, negotiations, and closing deals
• Coordinate with operations for availability & execution
• Maintain client relationships and repeat business
• Achieve monthly revenue targets

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 5–7+ years experience in heavy equipment rental sales
• Strong contacts with contractors, construction companies, and developers
• Clear understanding of:
• Crane capacities & applications
• Rental pricing & market rates
• Site coordination & job execution
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
