Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing high-potential opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and revenue.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Focus on developing business within key market segments, including Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Airlines, Travel Agencies, and the Automobile industry.
Requirements
- Sales experience in hospitality is MUST.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales or business development within the hospitality industry (preferably in 4-star or 5-star hotels).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, key account management, market positioning, and revenue-driven strategies.
