What you’ll actually do

As our HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll lead the front-end of the customer experience and the sales performance that keeps the whole operation healthy.


Picture your day:

  • Coach and support a team that presents options clearly, honestly, and confidently
  • Help tighten the process from call tech visit options
  • close (with zero weirdness)
  • Review estimates/pricing and ensure we’re consistent, accurate, and customer-first
  • Track performance (conversion, average ticket, close rate), spot bottlenecks, and fix them
  • Work closely with dispatch and operations so schedules stay realistic and promises stay true
  • Jump in on high-stakes situations - big quotes, tough conversations, or save-the-day moments
  • Keep the culture strong: calm, accountable, helpful, and humble


Bottom line: you build a sales engine that feels like service - because that’s what it is.

Compensation & Scheduling:
Up to $100,000+ per year+ performance pay (no caps on income) + flexible work scheduling
