As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team while driving revenue growth.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the residential sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a proven track record in HVAC sales, team management, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- Oversee lead generation, follow-up processes, and customer relationship management.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitive market conditions.
- Conduct training programs for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- 5+ years of HVAC sales experience
- Strong understanding of residential solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Must have High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a clean driving record with 0 or positive points.
- A want to constantly learn about the HVAC trade and stay up to date on new technology.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
