Sales Manager in Training (In-Home Sales) - $150K+ | Fast Track to Team Lead

Location: Sacramento, CA (Expansion to Florida & New Markets)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150K+ Year 1 | $150K-$250K+ Year 2

About the Role

This is a 3-6 month fast track Sales Manager in Training program designed to develop high-level closers into Team Leads and future Branch Leaders

You will:

  • Start by mastering our sales system and product lines
  • Run pre-set, high-quality appointments
  • Transition into mentoring and leading a small team
  • Earn the opportunity to run your own team and eventually branch

We are actively expanding into new markets, including out of state, creating real leadership opportunities.

Career Path

Phase 1 (1-2 Months In):

  • Run appointments and master the sales process
  • Prove production and consistency

Phase 2 (2-3 Months In):

  • Begin mentoring reps
  • Assist with training
  • Start building your team

Phase 3 (3-6 Months In):

  • Promoted into Team Lead / Sales Manager
  • Earn production bonuses based on team sales
  • Position yourself for branch leadership

Compensation

  • $1,600 training pay (first 2 weeks)
  • Commission + performance bonuses + mileage during ramp up

Earnings:

  • Year 1: $150K+
  • Year 2: $150K-$250K+

Management Compensation:

  • Overrides: Typically 2.5% of team production

Requirements

  • Experience in in-home sales (required)
  • 2+ years of management experience in in-home sales (required)
  • Strong closing ability (this will be evaluated)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a team
  • Competitive, coachable, and growth-driven

Preferred:

  • Roofing, windows, kitchens, bathrooms knowledge
