Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Interior Design who will not only drive sales and client conversions but also lead and manage a team of interior designers to ensure smooth client handling, timely proposals, and high-quality design delivery during the pre-sales and sales phases.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive lead conversion from digital platforms (Instagram, website), walk-ins, and referrals
- Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Present design concepts, BOQs, and commercial proposals
- Negotiate and close design and turnkey interior projects
Designer Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of interior designers handling client projects
- Allocate leads and projects to designers based on workload and expertise
- Review design concepts, layouts, and estimates before client presentations
- Ensure timely delivery of design proposals and revisions
- Maintain quality standards and alignment with client expectations
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Be the main escalation point for clients during the sales and design phase
- Ensure clear communication between clients, designers, and execution teams
- Oversee smooth handover from sales/design phase to execution
Process & Performance Management
- Set targets and KPIs for the sales and design teams
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting dashboards
- Improve sales and design workflows for better efficiency
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven sales closing ability in high-value projects
- Solid understanding of interior design workflows, materials, and costing
- Ability to manage multiple clients and designers simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Business
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
- Experience managing design teams in an interior design or design-build firm
Compensation:
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
