Requirements

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA) / Relevant Diploma from reputed and recognized Institute. Exposure to Design/Architecture will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of total experience, including 1+ year in interiors and luxury product sales. Experience in dealing with HNI clients, architects, and builders is essential.

Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of design materials, finishes, and modular/interior industry competition.

Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); sales/CRM tools.

Client Interaction: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The Role
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by actively engaging with clients, architects, and builders. This is a high-ownership role that combines direct sales, market outreach, and end-to-end client handling. This is a front-facing and independent role requiring a hands-on approach in the market. You must have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of materials, industry trends, and competition. Prior experience in luxury brand sales is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Greet, assist, and wow walk-in clients by understanding their requirements and explaining how Würfel solutions fit their lifestyle. Build strong client relationships and guide them through the Sales & Design journey, ensuring a personalized experience.

Market Development: Proactively build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and interior designers. This role requires working the market – attending site meetings, understanding project needs, and promoting Würfel as a preferred interior solutions partner.

Sales Management: Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, closing leads, and meeting sales targets. Ensure all transactions and data are recorded accurately in the system.

Product & Material Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of product materials, finishes, fittings, and industry trends. Stay informed about competitor offerings and pricing to position Würfel effectively.

Design Coordination: Act as the bridge between clients and the internal Design Team. Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are met, and client expectations are well-managed for design closures.

Project & Order Tracking: Collaborate with the Projects and Accounts teams to ensure timely delivery, payment tracking, and order management. Maintain all documentation accurately.

Deliver a premium client experience throughout their journey with Würfel—from initial consultation to post-sales support.
