About the Role
We are looking for a driven International Sales professional with experience in selling Product Engineering and Software Development Services to global clients. This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role for professionals who understand technology, enjoy engaging decision-makers, and can independently drive the complete sales cycle.
You will work closely with CXOs, Product Owners, and Engineering Leaders across North America and Europe to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads in North America & Europe
- Drive the complete sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Engage with international clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Present product engineering and software development capabilities confidently
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Collaborate with engineering teams on proposals, SOWs, and effort estimates
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in IT / Software / Product Engineering services sales
- Proven experience selling to international markets (US, Canada, Europe)
- Strong understanding of SaaS, web/mobile technologies, cloud, integrations, DevOps
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in the 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM shift
- Engineering graduate preferred

- Experience selling to ISVs, SaaS companies, or VC-backed startups
- Exposure to AI/ML, cloud modernization, or digital transformation projects
