Sales Manager – IT Solutions & Kiosk Business

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in selling high-value IT solutions/projects, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role requires a confident professional who can build strong client relationships, prepare proposals and tenders, work under pressure, and achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE and overseas markets

· Generate leads and close high-value IT solution and kiosk projects

· Prepare professional proposals, presentations, tenders, and RFP responses

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

· Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for project execution

· Follow up on opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively

· Travel across all Emirates and overseas when required

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT solutions/projects

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly presentable and professional personality

· Proven experience in selling high-value IT projects/solutions

· Strong experience in proposal preparation, tenders, and RFP submissions

· Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

· Strong closing and relationship management abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

· Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment

· Strong team player with a positive attitude

· Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

· Age should not exceed 30 years

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or similar technical background preferred

· Arabic speaking candidates are preferred

· Experience in kiosk sales is highly desirable

· Experience in hardware peripherals sales is desirable

· Prior field support or onsite IT support experience is an advantage

· UAE market experience preferred

· Willingness to travel extensively within UAE and internationally
