Sales Manager- La Posada Lodge + Casitas

La Posada Lodge & Casitas, a 72-room boutique hotel featuring 12 private casitas and the lively Gringo Grill + Cantina, is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This position focuses on developing group, corporate, and local business while showcasing the charm and hospitality of our Southwest-inspired property. The Sales Manager will build client relationships, manage group bookings and Banquet Event Orders, and collaborate with the General Manager and marketing team to achieve revenue goals and grow the hotel’s visibility in the Tucson market.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of hotel sales or hospitality experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with CRM or PMS systems (Choice Advantage a plus). Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
