Position: Sales Manager (Labor Leasing Services)
Location:Musaffah Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients such as construction contractors, project developers, and staffing agencies.
- Service Promotion: Conduct tailored sales pitches to showcase our labor leasing solutions (e.g., general labor, skilled trades, project-based teams) emphasizing our competitive pricing, worker quality, and compliance support.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, addressing needs, and ensuring satisfaction to drive repeat business.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, staffing, labor services, or related fields. Candidates with a proven track record of exceeding targets in client acquisition will be prioritized.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Driving Requirement: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (approx. 30-50% of work time) to meet clients at job sites, offices, or industry events. A personal vehicle is preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English.
