Key Responsibilities
- Visit logistics companies, courier services, transporters, warehouses, e-commerce hubs, and distribution centres.
- Meet decision-makers at warehouses, hubs, DCs, and corporate offices to present our weighing and automation solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Deliver impactful product demos highlighting value, ROI, and operational benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and convert qualified leads into closed deals.
- Maintain updated client data, prepare reports, and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with management to build territory penetration strategies.
Key Requirements
- Preference for candidates with experience in the weighing industry.
- Strong preference for candidates who have sold Dimensional Weighing Systems (DWS).
- 2–5 years of field sales experience in logistics, courier, transport, warehouse, or e-commerce sectors.
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing/Logistics preferred).
- Strong market network and existing relationships in the logistics/warehouse segment.
- Proven B2B sales skills—lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
