Working Days: Thursday to Tuesday (Weekly Off: Wednesday)

Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing qualified leads, conducting client consultations, presenting luxury interior solutions, and independently closing residential interior projects. The role demands strong client-handling skills and proven closing expertise in high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing, references, and walk-ins
- Conduct in-office client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Present luxury interior solutions in a consultative and professional manner
- Close residential interior projects and achieve monthly booking targets
- Conduct site visits to assess scope, layout, and feasibility
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover post-closure
- Ensure proper documentation, booking confirmation, and payment coordination
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and pipeline reports
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design, real estate, or builder sales
- Proven experience in client-facing sales and deal closures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Presentable, confident, and professional personality
- Comfortable handling premium residential projects
- Willing to work from Thane and travel within Mumbai as required
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred
